Rebecca is a Chinese-Italian living in Geneva who loves to eat. She is constantly trying imperfectly to better the world through healthy, clean and sustainable food choices. VULNERABLE chocolats was inspired by a lifetime experience of comfort food eating and cooking. 

We have always known, and research is soon catching up, to the fact that truly we are what we eat. From our bodies, minds and souls, to the state of the planet, our meal choices profoundly impact the living world. 

 Rebecca is a Certified International Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and MSc Psychology Student, with experience working with leading F&B brands.

VULNERABLE Chocolats has been in testing, tasting and trialing mode for over four years. Flavors, texture and ingredients have been researched to bring the most nutritional, enticing and delicious chocolate to your palate. 

VULNERABLE chocolats​ are made of biological, local-Swiss brand superfood ingredients. The production is raw and sustainable as all ingredients are prepared under 48°C. Packaging is organic, and all waste residue is reduced to compost or fertilizer.
